Along with "Wi To Lo" "Ho Le Fuk" and "Bang Ding Ow" were reported by KTVU-TV to be the pilots involved in the Asiana Flight 214 tragedy.  Not only did the anchor read them live, on-air, but it was accompanied by graphics of the names.

Asiana has now filed a suit against the T.V. station.

Shows how low local news has sunk.

Wow. Amazing so many people put brains in neutral and passed the buck on something that was obviously too fake to be true.

Still, I think Asiana should be satisfied with the apology and let it go; a lawsuit is not going to do them much good in the court of public opinion...

I saw this early Saturday morning and posted it on my Facebook page. Cracked us up, big time. In the big markets these anchors have their teleprompter scripts written for them. If they
don't pre read it, oh boy!
I have watched it quite a few times and this lady just reads through it like its no biggie. When she appears back on camera, after the graphic, her facial expression is normal.
Either she is on auto pilot (no pun intended) or she is the consummate pro for not losing it on camera.

It's amazing how many people at the station must've looked at this before it went on the air and no one caught it. An NTSB Intern ap[parently confirmed it. A total breakdown in so many ways.

It is funny though when you watch the video.
