Kiley, who bought brokered time to push these 'investments' is likely going to spend the rest of his life behind bars. I predict that some of the stations that sold him time will be sued as well. Likely ones that may have been owned by the larger radio companies.

I knew Pat. He laid the blame on his partner, Trevor. He might have gotten credit for some time served. With good behavior, he'll be out in 10 years or less if by casket. He isn't that healthy.
I'm wondering what happened to the castle that they bought.
Statute of limitations has expired on any abilities to sue a station. This all happened YEARS ago. They've been off the air for over 4 or 5 years.

Did they ever air on any of your stations?

Yes. We also provided Satellite services for a time.

Basically, i've known the agency that rep'd him for 25 years and trusted their judgement. Pat was a pleasant guy, knowledgeable. Aren't they all.
Imagine my shock when i found out that he was really an appliance salesman.
